Health promotion Clinic
Management of chronic diseases including asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Stroke, Heart Disease, Hypertension, Epilepsy, Mental Health, Cancer and Hypothyroidism.
Well Woman Clinic
Well Woman Clinic includes Smears tests and health promotion advises, sexual health screening, Chlamydia testing, offering sexual health condoms and Hepatitis B vaccinations at risk patients.

Maternity Clinic
Maternity Clinic includes preconception counselling & Antenatal and Postnatal care
Child Health Surveillance Clinic
The baby clinic is run by a doctor and the Health Visitor for 6-week child development checks. The appointments are sent through Child Health Department.
Travel Vaccinations
Please make an appointment with the surgery with the practice nurse, ask about six weeks before travelling to ensure adequate cover. A charge will be made for certain vaccinations which are not covered by the NHS. You will always be told of any costs in advance
Flu vaccination
An Influenza vaccination is particularly recommended for a patient with heart, lung or kidney disease, diabetes and residents of nursing home and rest homes. Please contact the reception staff in September for details of the vaccination dates and to make an appointment.
Mental Health and Counselling
Counselling is available by referral from your doctor, A qualified counsellor is available on Fridays each week. Please speak to the doctor if you think you would benefit by speaking to the counsellor.
Minor Surgery and Joint Injection
The Doctors carry out minor surgical procedures i.e. Joint injections by appointment. Please ask at the reception to make an appointment with the doctor who will be happy to advise you on this
Childhood Immunisations
Baby vaccinations are administered here at the surgery by the Practice Nurse on Monday mornings at 11.30am. Child Health Department will send you your baby’s appointment to attend this surgery. If you cannot attend your given appointment date or you feel you do not wish your baby to have the vaccinations at the moment because he/she is unwell, don’t worry, you will be sent another appointment date.
